Anthony Berritto
Anthony Berritto is a dynamic business leader whose journey exemplifies entrepreneurial excellence and a passion for growth. Formerly the CEO of Salson Logistics, Inc., Anthony led the transformation of a family-owned company established in 1960 into a powerhouse in the logistics and transportation industry.
Anthony began his career with Salson in 1990, at a time when the company operated with just two trucks and an empty warehouse. Over the next 25 years, under his visionary leadership, Salson grew into a national logistics provider with over 500 trucks, 2,500 pieces of equipment, terminals in 10 states, and a workforce of more than 2,000 employees. Through his expertise in the industry and his exceptional people management skills, Anthony grew Salson’s annual sales to a quarter of a billion dollars, making it a trusted partner to over 20 of the largest retailers in the United States.
Salson also became the largest drayage operation in Port Newark, handling over 20,000 containers annually for U.S. Customs and addressing critical port-related challenges as part of the Port Task Force in 2013.
In 2022, the Berritto family sold Salson Logistics for an undisclosed amount and established the Berritto Family Office, which manages a diverse portfolio of investments. This includes over $300 million in real estate assets spanning five states, encompassing multifamily properties like "The Devan" in Jersey City, NJ, multiple strip malls in Florida, a commercial office building in Fort Lauderdale, FL, truck parking and maintenance facilities in Florence, NJ, a stake in the "Renaissance at Bader Field" Formula 1 track in Atlantic City, NJ as well as an investor in the environmentally friendly plastic alternative company Culture Organics, LLC.

Salvatore “Sal” Berritto is a seasoned logistics professional and the President of SalSon Logistics, a leading integrated logistics services provider founded in 1960. Under his leadership, SalSon has expanded its operations to become a national logistics provider, offering comprehensive solutions from container to consumer, from port to shelf.
Sal’s extensive experience in the logistics industry has been instrumental in SalSon’s growth and success. The company now operates strategically located facilities throughout the U.S., including Newark, Norfolk, Charleston, Savannah, Atlanta, Chicago, Houston, and California.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Sal is an active member of the Berritto family office, contributing to its strategic direction and investment initiatives. His commitment to excellence and innovation continues to drive the family’s business ventures forward.
Sal holds a degree in Business Management and is dedicated to fostering sustainable practices within the logistics industry. He is also a passionate sports enthusiast, particularly following the New York Yankees, Rangers, and Giants.

His early role provided him with a solid foundation in operational management and team leadership. Through his dedication and innovative approach, Anthony played a pivotal role in scaling Salson Logistics from a 700,000 square foot warehouse to an impressive 3 million square feet. This expansion was achieved through both organic growth and strategic mergers and acquisitions.Under Anthony's leadership, Salson Logistics has evolved into a major player in the logistics sector, boasting a workforce of over 2,500 associates and operating across 26 locations. His expertise in optimizing operations and driving growth has solidified the company’s reputation for excellence and efficiency in the logistics industry.In addition to his achievements at Salson Logistics, Anthony is also a significant figure in the real estate sector through his management role at his family office. The office oversees a diverse portfolio of properties, including shopping malls, office buildings, commercial real estate, and luxury residential developments. Michael C. Berritto began his career at a young age in his family’s trucking and logistics business, Salson Logistics. Growing up in the industry, he gained hands-on experience in operations, management, customer relations, sales, and commercial real estate.With over a decade of experience, Michael has expanded his expertise beyond logistics, focusing on commercial and residential real estate along the East Coast. He plays a key role in managing the family office portfolio, overseeing strategic acquisitions, asset management, and business development initiatives. His deep industry knowledge and entrepreneurial mindset continue to drive growth and innovation across multiple sectors.

Sylvia Kaminska
Sylvia Kaminska is an accomplished professional with over two decades of experience in high-level executive support and operations management. Currently serving as the Property Management Director, she brings a strategic, detail-oriented approach to overseeing luxury properties and ensuring operational excellence.
Prior to this role, she spent 15 years as a trusted Executive Assistant to a high-net-worth individual, managing complex schedules, travel logistics, and personal and professional affairs with discretion and precision. She also held a similar role for 7 years supporting the Founder of a prominent investment fund, where she gained deep insight into the financial services industry and high-level business operations.
Her career began at the prestigious Metropolitan Museum of Art, where she served as Assistant Manager of a private club, an experience that honed her interpersonal skills and introduced her to the standards of excellence that would shape her career.
She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Baruch College, with minors in International Marketing and Psychology—a combination that complements her global perspective and people-centric approach to leadership.
Dividing her time between New Jersey and Florida, she is also a proud mother to a daughter, and continues to bring passion, professionalism, and integrity to every aspect of her work.

Wendy Partyka is the Executive Assistant for Berritto Family Office. She has worked with Anthony Berritto for 21 years, previously holding key roles at Salson Logistics, including Customer Service Manager and, most recently, Technology Liaison. With a strong background in customer relations, operations, and technology integration, Wendy brings a wealth of experience and organizational expertise to her role. Her dedication and deep understanding of the business make her an invaluable asset to the team.

Dana Poggioli is the bookkeeper for Berritto Family Office. She has worked with Anthony Berritto and Salson Logistics for 23 years, specializing in trucking operations.
